How we do business with you

We serve all our clients round the world directly, never through distributors.

Here's all you need to know about • how we deliver our products to you • how to pay • how we handle tax in your country.

Free shipping on finished products

Prices for all our books, albums, boxes, frames and canvases include shipping. That is, you can order any of those products from us and we’ll deliver it free of charge within your own country (one shipment per order). 

We do charge freight on loose photographic and fine art prints. Certain other components and add-on products may also incur freight unless other items in the same order qualify for free freight.

Door to door delivery

Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada: We arrange customs clearance, pay all customs and clearance charges, and deliver direct to you or your client's door.

Other countries: Our couriers will if possible clear your shipment through customs on entry. If so you will need to reimburse them for any charges that they may incur in doing so (see below).

Depending on local regulations you may need to arrange for a customs broker to arrange clearance.

It’s possible the courier will expect Queensberry to pay the charges, in which case you will need to reimburse us instead of them.

Our courier service

Our customers around the globe receive their goods via the world’s largest international courier, DHL. Once the parcel has left our Bindery you can track it all the way to your door using DHL’s Track and Trace system. We choose DHL because they deliver just about anywhere — and because their prompt, dependable service inspires the confidence we all absolutely need.

Order tracking: Within 1-2 days of receiving email confirmation from us that an order has been shipped, you'll be able to find its tracking number in Workspace. Click on Accounts in the main navigation, then Account Transactions / Charged Transactions.

Payment

We regret that credit facilities are not available. We accept Master Card, Visa, or American Express. You can also pay using PayPal.

Box, frame, canvas and print orders are paid at the time of order in the Workspace wholesale shopping cart. However we don't ask for payment on books and albums until we've confirmed your order, at which stage we will send you a link to a payment screen.

Regular customers: Please ask about credit card authorisation if you'd like to arrange automatic charging facilities against your credit card for your book and album orders.

Taxes and customs charges

If you reside in the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, all duty and customs charges are included in our prices. Any Sales Tax, GST, VAT etc due in your country is charged as an extra on our invoices and paid by us or our agents at the border.

Reclaim the GST/VAT we charge: Where appropriate, you can reclaim the GST or VAT we have charged you as an offset on your tax return, just as you can with local suppliers.

In  countries other than those listed you will be responsible for paying any duties, sales tax and customs clearance charges that may be due on entry to your country. In such cases DHL will invoice you for these charges. You should expect to pay them before the goods are delivered. Where appropriate, you can reclaim the GST or VAT that DHL charge you as an offset on your tax returns just as with local suppliers.
