How to track a shipment in transit

1. From the Workspace dashboard, click  "Account" in the top navigation, then the Account Transactions tab.

2. You'll be taken to your outstanding orders. Change to the Charged Transactions tab. This will show you a list of your payments and charged and despatched orders for the last six months.

3. Select a transaction from the list by clicking on the blue link in the Type column, or search using our reference number. This will open the Order Detail screen.

Once you've opened a transaction, you will see the Order Details screen. Next to 'Airwaybill' in the right-hand column will be the shipment tracking number. The Airwaybill number will only be live once it has been picked up and scanned by the courier. This can be a day or more after the order is charged.

International orders: Click the blue tracking number, which is linked directly to the courier website.

New Zealand orders: The tracking number is not a live link. Go to the Courier Post website and enter your tracking number.
