Instructions for your client to purchase an album online from their image gallery

This article has instructions to walk your clients through the process of ordering an album from their image gallery on your website.

We recommend copying the text below to add it to your own sites help centre. You can then edit and personalise the text with your specific options and adjust the screenshots to display your own work.

How to order an album

Step 1. Hover over any image in your image gallery and click the shopping cart icon. This will open our print store. Select Photo Albums as your product.

Step 2. Select the size of album and the number of pages.

The number of images you can order will depend on the number of pages. The bigger the album the larger the images will appear, or you may feel comfortable with more photos (which won’t affect the cost).

Step 3. Select your cover material .

We offer a range of beautiful cover materials and colours. If you need help choosing, please contact us. We’ll happily suggest what we think will look best with your images.

Step 4. Select a cover style (Plain or Embossed).

Embossing the album allows you to press names and a date into the front cover on the album.

Step 5. Select a foil colour for the embossing.

Step 6. Select a font for the embossing and enter your cover text. When we email you a proof of the album design you’ll also see a preview of the album cover.

Step 7. Click “Continue to select photos”

Step 8. Choose the photos you want to be in the album.

Remember, this will be limited by the number of pages. All you need to do is select the images, and we will lay out the pages for your approval.

Step 9. Complete and pay for your order.

Once your order has been placed we will begin designing the pages, and email the layouts back for you to review. We will include a proofing link where you can request changes. Otherwise please approve the album for production. Your album will not be made until you have approved the design.

We aim to email draft designs to you within 3-4 working days. Once you have approved the album for in production it will take around 12 working days to complete, ready for shipment.
