Which Workspace plan am I on?

You don't need to pay for a Workspace subscription to order products from Queensberry, just an approved Queensberry acount. But you will need a paid plan for complete functionality, and a Pro Plan or better for email integration, and to sell non-Queensberry products. Otherwise just upgrade if you need more data storage. You can also try Workspace free for two weeks!


There are two ways to find out which Workspace subscription plan you're on.

From the Workspace dashboard:

1. Click the My Queensberry Account button

2. Select the My Subscription tab

The plan highlighted in gold is the one this Workspace account is subscribed to. On this screen you can change your plan, or add a credit card so that your subscription auto-renews (your card will only be charged when your subscription falls due — a few days beforehand if you're on an annual plan, and with prior notification).

You can also get to your plan details from the main Workspace navigation bar:

1. Select ACCOUNT from the main navigation.

2. Click My Subscription from the dropdown menu.
