Where's my order?

In Workspace you can • check progress on an order, including the date we expect to dispatch it, and • track the shipment from Queensberry to your doorstep.


Follow an order as it travels through production

Please don't delay your own order! Orders 'on hold' are waiting for you to confirm, resolve queries, or arrange payment (we'll email you when you need to take some action).

1. On the Dashboard, click My Queensberry Account.

2. Select the Outstanding Orders tab (first screen shot). This is a list of orders that have not yet been charged and shipped. Orders are listed as 'In Production' or 'On Hold'. 

3. Select an order from the list by clicking on the blue link in the Type column, or search using our reference number. This will open the Order Detail screen, which will detail progress so far. More about the order detail screen.

Track a shipment in transit

1. On the Dashboard, click My Queensberry Account.

2. Select the Charged Transactions tab. This is the list of payments and charged and despatched orders for the last six months (second screen shot).

3. Select a transaction from the list by clicking on the blue link in the Type column, or search using our reference number. This will open the Order Detail screen.

Once you've opened a transaction, you will see the the Order Details screen (third screen shot). Next to 'Airwaybill' is your tracking number (the red text in the screenshot below is redacted personal information). 

International orders: Click the blue tracking number, which is linked directly to the DHL website. The Airwaybill number will only be live once it has been picked up and scanned by the courier. This can be a day or more after the order is charged.

New Zealand orders: The tracking number is not a live link. Go to the Courier Post website and enter your tracking number.
