The download link may need to be sent to your client again if they did not receive it. You can do this two ways.
1. Select SELL from the main navigation.
2. Select Track Sales from the dropdown list.
3. Using the order details emailed to you from Workspace, enter the order date or client email and select Apply Filter.
4. Click on the Workspace Reference to see order details. This will be appear as a blue, live link, reference number.
6. Select Resend, to send the download link to your client again, OR copy and paste the link into a new email.
