Haven't heard back? If we need to forward your enquiry to a specialist in design, the bindery, lab, despatch or IT support, a response may take longer, as those teams generally work 7:30am to 5:00 pm New Zealand Time. (You may receive a direct response from a team address. Please make sure our replies aren't in junk mail!)

If you leave a message with your account number, contact details and an order reference we will normally respond by email, but set up screen-share / skype / phone sessions if required.
